Outlook 2010 Help 1- Open Outlook. Select File from the menu tabs.

2- On the Acount Settings, click Add and remove accounts....
|

3 - Select the E-mail tab and click New...
|
|
4 - Select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, or IMAP and click Next >.

5 - Click on Manually configure server...and then click Next>
|

6 - Click on Internet E-mail and then Next>
|

Enter the following
information for E-mail Accounts.
·
Your Name: Enter the name you wish recipients to see when they
receive your message.
·
Email Address:This is the address that your contacts' email program
will reply to your messages. This is also the address
that will get recorded in your contacts' address book if
they add you as a contact.
·
Account Type: POP3
·
Incoming mail
server: Enter mail.detentionministry.com
·
Outgoing mail
server (SMTP): Enter
mail.detentionministry.com
·
User Name: Enter your full e-mail address
·
Password: For Outlook to save your password, check the box
labeled Remember Password and enter your password
in the text field.
·
Click More
Settings...(Please, DO NOT click on the Next
button)

8- Write your email and organization, then click on Outgoing Server Tab
9 - Place a check mark on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, and then click Advance tab |

Click on the
Advanced tab.
·
Under Incoming
Server (POP3), the port number should be set to 110.
·
Under Outgoing
Server (SMTP), the port number should be set to 26. |
